Your contracts, your meetings, your kid's homework — none of it belongs in the cloud.
InkNote AI puts document scanning, AI meeting notes, document Q&A, ink-saving summaries and direct printing into one app. The AI runs on your phone, and your content is never uploaded.

Most scanning and meeting apps upload your files and recordings to a cloud server for processing. InkNote AI deliberately does the opposite: every AI computation finishes on your own phone — no processing servers, no telemetry, no tracking.
Two things do use the network, and we would rather name them than hide them: the one-time AI engine download on first run, and your subscription status. Neither one involves your documents, recordings, transcripts or summaries.
Scans, recordings, transcripts and summaries stay on your phone. The cloud account holds only basic data such as subscription status — no document content whatsoever.
After the AI engine is downloaded once, you can scan, record meetings, generate summaries and print in aeroplane mode. Business trips, client sites and no-Wi-Fi rooms are no longer a problem.
Lawyers, accountants, consultants and healthcare professionals often aren't permitted to upload client documents or recordings to the cloud. An offline architecture removes the upload step entirely, so there is nothing to send to a third-party server in the first place.
Scanner app + voice recorder + translator + ink saver + printing. One subscription covers all of it.
SCAN
Snap a photo and it detects the edges, straightens the page and saves a faithful PDF. You can also import images, PDF, Word and PPT, or share a web page straight in to extract clean body text.
LISTEN
Record or import audio. Offline transcription with automatic speaker separation, then AI structures it into three parts: summary, decisions and action items.
GET
Translate (Chinese ↔ English), ask the document questions, get a plain-language explanation, export to Word. Answers come from the document itself — nothing invented.
SLIM
Before printing, let AI trim and summarise so you only print what matters. It can also erase coloured pen marks and restore a used worksheet for reprinting.
Automatically finds printers on the same network (IPP / AirPrint / Mopria). Print scans, summaries and meeting notes in one tap, with no drivers to install.
Almost every meeting-notes service on the market uploads your recording to a cloud server. InkNote AI's Listen runs entirely on your phone, so the meeting never leaves your device.

Scan your child's worksheets, erase the pen marks and print a blank copy to redo. Record the whole parent–teacher meeting and let AI pull out the key points and follow-ups. Your child's schoolwork doesn't belong in the cloud.
Scan and file client contracts, summarise client calls, print quotations directly — one app doing the job of three. Your confidential work stays on your own phone.
Five meetings a week and recordings scattered everywhere? The moment you stop recording you get a summary, decisions and action items — print them or export to Word for the team. Nothing leaks.
Every feature upgrade during your subscription unlocks free.

Offline AI puts the entire AI engine inside your phone, so it does ask something of your hardware. We'd rather tell you honestly up front than have you download it and be disappointed:
Flagships from 2023 onward: Google Pixel 8 Pro / 9 Pro, Samsung S24 / S25, Xiaomi 14 / 15, OnePlus 12 / 13, vivo X100 / X200, OPPO Find X7 / X8 and similar (12GB RAM recommended).
iPhone 15 Pro and above (the iOS build is finished; follow our Facebook page for the release date).
① The first run needs Wi-Fi to download the AI engine (about 3GB). Everything after that is offline.
② Mid-range phones handle Scan / Print / OCR smoothly; the AI features (Get / Slim / Listen) are best on a flagship.
③ Speech recognition is most accurate in English and Chinese (mixing the two is fine). Bahasa Malaysia is covered by the switchable multilingual engine (around 40 languages). Cantonese, Japanese and Korean arrive as a free v1.1 update. Tamil is not supported yet and is under evaluation.
Yes, for your content. Apart from the first Wi-Fi download of the AI engine, scanning, recognition, summarising and printing all happen offline on your device. Your documents, recordings and transcripts never go to the cloud. The only thing stored on our side is basic account and subscription status, held on servers in [server location] and covered by our Privacy Policy — it contains no documents and no recordings.
Absolutely not. Recordings, transcripts and meeting notes stay 100% on your phone, and the app collects no telemetry. You can even delete the audio afterwards and keep only the notes.
We deliberately chose on-device models to buy you privacy, offline use and no monthly fee. Document Q&A is built to answer from the document rather than invent; Japanese translation is currently marked beta. If you need absolute peak accuracy and don't mind the cloud, cloud services remain an option — but for everyday documents and meetings InkNote handles the job well, at a fraction of the annual prices listed above.
IPP, AirPrint and Mopria certified printers, which covers the large majority of models on sale. They're found automatically on the same Wi-Fi with no drivers to install, and if nothing is found you can fall back to the system print dialog. Fully verified on an HP ENVY.
The Android version arrives on Google Play on 15 August 2026, simultaneously in Malaysia, Singapore, Hong Kong and Taiwan. The iOS build is finished, and we'll announce the release date on our Facebook page first.
Subscribe inside the app after launch. The first 5,000 users get the early-bird price of RM90 / year. Enter a promo code when you subscribe (available in the download section of this page, or from our partner creators) to save another RM15, bringing it to RM75 / year. The early-bird offer runs until 31 December 2026 and ends sooner if the slots run out, after which the full price of RM150 applies. Early-bird subscribers get every feature upgrade free during their subscription, with no price increase on renewal.
Yes. Like all Google Play subscriptions, it renews once a year automatically so your service isn't interrupted, and Google Play notifies you before each renewal. You can cancel anytime from Subscriptions in your Google Play account, and you'll keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for. Cancelling before the renewal date stops any further charge.
Purchases through Google Play can be self-refunded within 48 hours. Other cases follow each store's refund policy, and you're welcome to reach us through our Facebook page or the support email. Nothing here affects the statutory rights you have as a consumer under Malaysian law.
Let AI read it and trim it before you print.
None of it ever leaves your phone.
